ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records in RC MA 12015 A 0039, dated 22.9.2015 pending on the file of the respondent / complainant and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken for consideration, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, submitted that the investigation in RC MA 12015 A 0039 has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed as against the petitioner (A.2) and four others for the offences under Sections 120-B read with 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on 23.3.2016. 3. Since already charge sheet has been filed in RC MA 12015 A 0039, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
