The prayer for conducting postmortem of the body of Ravi, who had died on 30.08.2019, has become infructuous, since the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the postmortem was conducted on 05.09.2019, after the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
