When this Criminal Revision Case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that the matter has already been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliaton Centre. The Report of the Mediation Centre dated 10.01.2020 along with the Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the revision petitioner and the respondents, has also been placed before this Court by the Registry.
