ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to return back certain articles which is said to have been taken from the petitioner.

2. It is seen form records that the no FIR has been registered in this case and based on a complaint, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police had proceeded further to seize certain articles from the petitioner.

3. This criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction to the 2nd respondent to return back the articles, if they have been seized from the petitioner, if in case no FIR has been registered. If an FIR has been registered and the articles have been handed over to the Court, it is left open to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C., seeking for return of vehicle.
