Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to bring back the mortal remains of the Petitioner's husband R. Sundar and his belongings from Saudi Arabia to India and hand over the same to the Petitioner.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the mortal remains of the deceased R. Sundar, has reached India from Saudi Arabia and the Petitioner has taken custody of the same.

Mr. J. Madhanagopal Rao, Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents has also filed a report of the action taken for assisting the Petitioner in the matter, and the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged receipt of copy of the same. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is made clear that in the event of the Petitioner requiring any further assistance in the matter, it is open to her to approach the concerned authority in accordance with law for the same. No costs.
