ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 19.08.2021 made in W.P.No.19534 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General-VIII, submitted a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms.) No.02, Law (LS) Department, dated 06.01.2023 appointing the petitioner as Assistant Professor (Pre-Law)

in the Government College.

3. We are satisfied that the Government has complied with the directions issued by this court in this contempt petition on 19.04.2022 qua V.Lekha (petitioner).
