2. COD prayer is sought for the delay in filing Form No.66.

Ms.R.S.Maitreya, learned counsel on record for applicants submits that the original investor is one S.Ramalingam (husband of first applicant and father of applicants 2 to 4), he died on 20.09.2020. The legal heirs came to know about the investment only after his demise and the intervening 'Coronavirus pandemic and consequent lock down' (collectively 'Covid 19' for clarity and brevity) was also an impediment.

4. Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' [hereinafter 'Deputy OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] who is before this Court on behalf of 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of convenience and clarity] very fairly submits that he has no serious objection or opposition to COD prayer. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, this Court being satisfied with the reasons for COD deems it appropriate to accede to the COD prayer albeit with a rider that the applicants should file Form No.66 before OL along with all original supporting documents within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 15.07.2022 failing which this application will stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

6. Captioned application ordered on the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
