This application is filed to condone the delay of 790 days in filing the Form 66 before the respondent.

2. Upon examining the affidavit filed in support of this application, in particular, the reasons indicated in paragraphs 6 and 7 thereof, I find the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay.
