Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the second respondent pertaining to order dated 10.02.2016 signed on 10.02.2017 made in

Na. Ka. No.1095/2013/A2, granting permission to respondents 5 to 9 to interfere with the administration of "Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Temple" at Mettupatti Village, Salem District and quash the same. ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records from the second respondent, pertaining to order dated 10.02.2016 signed on 10.02.2017 made in Na. Ka. No.1095/2013/A2, granting permission to respondents 5 to 9 to interfere with the administration of "Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Temple" at Mettupatti Village, Salem District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader furnished the copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 20.02.2017 cancelling the impugned order dated 10.02.106.

3. Subsequently, after filing of the writ petition, peace meets were conducted, which went into vain and thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Salem passed orders superseding the impugned order dated 10.02.106. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

4. The parties are at liberty to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for redressal of the grievances, if any exist as of now.

5. With these directions, the writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
