This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Kumaratchi Police Station to file final report in Crime No.153 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, Kumaratchi Police Station, Cuddalore District.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.153/2018 has been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. He would submit that the charge sheet will be filed before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Chidambaram within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
