This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents herein to forthwith receive the petitioner's application dated 18.07.2024 for grant of spare minibus permit on file and consider the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 18.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
