ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to release the entire payment as per order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.2924/2018/A2 dated 23.09.2021 and Na.Ka.No.2924/2018/A2 on 27.06.2022 and consequently consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2022.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the work has been completed. Now, the first respondent has also issued orders for release of the subject work completion payment to the petitioner. Hence, seeks for appropriate orders.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to release the subject payment to the petitioner without any further delay as per the law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 14.12.2022 dhk Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.
