ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a " No objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlur, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Day by Day" at 335/28B, Bharathi Nagar, Ammapalayam, Thirumurugan Poondi, Tirupur 641 652, by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is running a business under the name and style of "Day by Day Salon and Spa" in the aforesaid address and as per the provisions of Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation Act, " no objection certificate" from the jurisdictional police is necessary to obtain a Trade Licence from the City Corporation. Therefore, the petitioner gave a representation on 19.09.2022 seeking no objection certificate. But it was not considered. Hence this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated

19.09.2022 is available with the first respondent and the authorities concerned will consider the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 and to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
