(CRIME NO.4/2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.18192/2021 dated 04.10.2021 order passed by this Hon'ble Court condition imposed 6(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of RS.17,25,000/-(Rupees Seventeen Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Credit of Crime No.4/2013 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit the said deposit receipt before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Coimbatore and a copy of the said deposti receipt shall also be submitted before the respondent Police and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.MURUGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 04.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, strongly opposed this petition, as the petitioner on his own volition only accepted to deposit the amount, while granting anticipatory bail.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner on his own volition, came forward to deposit the amount. Now he could not get back from his stand and seek modification of the said condition.

4. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed. However, the time is extended by three weeks to deposit the amount as undertaken by the petitioner, while grant of anticipatory bail to him.
