This petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 16.11.2021 in W.P.No.18843 of 2021 in respect of receiving the payment and the receipt to be issued by the District Revenue Officer, Udhagamandalam by directing the 2nd respondent to release the pending Document in P/Uthagamandalam - Joint I/73/2021 dated 17.08.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
