ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 506(i) & 379 of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Cr.No.506 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant with filthy languages, assaulted her and snatched the Thali . Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is pending in this case and the property is not recovered from the petitioner and he further submits that in previous petition in Crl.O.P. No.16516 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that property is not recovered from the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. In view of the above facts, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
