Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent proceedings in Se.Mu.Order.No.13535/ B7/Tiruva dated 27.02.2017 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to appoint qualified persons as Advisory Committee Members of Jamath Nawab Chantha Miyan Mosque and Meer Momin Tomb Wakf, Tiruvannamalai.

Though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.Order.No. 13535/B7/Tiruva dated 27.02.2017, appointing Advisory Committee Members of Jamath Nawab Chantha Miyan Mosque and Meer Momin Tomb Wakf, Tiruvannamalai, however, the committee period itself got expired as early as 28.02.2018 and thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
