This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 21.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.998 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two months, till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court.
