ORDER
This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle to applicant which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. The notice has been duly served on the respondent. The affidavit of service enclosing the acknowledgement card has been filed. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list today. The respondent remains unrepresented. Hence, the respondent is set ex parte by this Court.
3. The vehicle has already been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner and the same has also been handed over to the applicant. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Since the Advocate Commissioner has already repossessed the vehicle and also handed over the custody of the same to the applicant and since the respondent is set ex parte by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.
