O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication bearing Ref.No.VIT/REGISTRAR/WS-2024-25/C413/992 dated 04.07.2025, issued by the first respondent to the petitioner's son and for a consequential direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner's son to complete the degree in Bachelor of Technology-Computer Science and Engineering, without any hindrance.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the impugned communication dated 04.07.2025 has been issued by the first respondent, without issuing any notice to the petitioner's son.
3. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the impugned communication dated 04.07.2025 issued by the first respondent is quashed and the matter is Page No.2 of 4
remitted back to the respondents. The respondents are directed to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner's son and allow the petitioner's son forthwith to complete the degree in Bachelor of Technology-Computer Science and Engineering.
