(CR NO.11/2021 DATED 05/09/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court on 10/11/2021 in the main Crl.O.P.No.20902/2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LENIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20902 of 2021 on 10.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
