This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead M/s Codissia Industrial Park Limited, having registered Office at Codissia G.D.Naidu Towers, Hozur Road, Coimbatore-641 018 as a respondent in W.P.No.13565 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no serious objections to substitute the petitioner as proposed respondent in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in W.P.No.13565 of 2019.
