M/S.Codissia Industrial Park Limited, v. Barathi

This petition has been filed seeking to implead M/s. Coddissa Industrial Park Limited, having registered office at Coddissa G.D.Naidu Towers, Hozur Road, Coimbatore - 641018 as the respondent in the writ petition.

The main writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent cancelling the assignment of land in favour of the petitioner.

It is the case of the impleading petitioner that the land in question had been allotted to it by the Government vide Government Order (MS) No. 341, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Reforms Wing LR 1(1) Section dated 19.09.2018.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has no serious objections for allowing this impleading petition.

Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the impleading petition is ordered.
