This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in preferring the above second appeal against the decree and judgment dated 19.04.2022 passed in AS.No.23 of 2020 by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal if it is otherwise in order.
