This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17936 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai - 08, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
