This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioners/appellants in Crl.M.P.No.2607 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.259 of 2017 vide order dated 22.02.2018, to appear before the trial Court once in three months starting from 01.03.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second appellant/ petitioner died and the condition in respect of the first appellant/petitioner has already been relaxed. Since the petitioners 3 to 5 are doing courier business which warrants frequent travel, they find it difficult to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the condition as imposed on the petitioners 3 to 5.

3. Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submitted that the appellants/petitioners 3 to 5 herein have not complied with the condition. 4.This Court had perused the report sent by the learned II Additional District Judge, Coimbatore and not being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. 02.07.2024 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
