By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his Proceedings in -NIL- dated 20.05.2024 and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Manager with continuity of service and with all the benefits from 20.05.2024 till date, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2024 and 21.04.2025.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has joined duty in the 3rd respondent-Society as Daily Wager from the year 1986 and after various promotions, presently he was working Manger from 16.10.2016 onwards. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without following any natural justice, on the flimsy reason, the 3rd respondent has suspended the petitioner on 20.05.2024. Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 20.05.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner is restricted his prayer that if the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025, then it would suffice to the petitioner.
5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation according to it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
6. In such view of the above fair submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and 3/6
pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
