O R D ER Heard Ms.Kanimozhi Mathi, learned counsel appearing for petitioners, Mr.C.Iyyappan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and Mr.Prof.M.Udhaya Banu, learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainat.

2. The Criminal Original Petition was referred for mediation by an order dated 09.03.2016. By the untiring efforts of the dedicated mediators, the parties were able to enter into an agreement dated 27.04.2016. For better appreciation, the entire agreement is quoted herein below:

All Women Police Station, Thousand Lights, Chennai -Respondent M.Gayathri -Defacto Complainant Counsel Name : M/s.Kanimozhi Mathi for Petitioner Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) For Respondent M/s.Prof.M.Udhyabhanu for Defacto Complainant Both sides, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side have agreed as follows: 1.

Both the 1st petitioner/ husband and the defacto complainant/wife have complied with the terms and conditions in the memo filed by them.

In pursuance of the same, both the parties have filed the petition under 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

Both the parties agreed that they have no further claims against each other.
