ORDER
The petition to quash the FIR is filed on the ground that it is a civil dispute. However, the Police in the course of investigation has found that offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and 4 and Women Harassment Act made out and has filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi in C.C. No.135 of 2023.
2. In view of the above facts, nothing survives in this quash petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if they so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
