W.M.P.No.25023 of 2023 in W.P.No.19952 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein as respondents 14 to 16 in the main writ petition, as legal heirs of the deceased one C.Kanagaraj.

2. It is submitted that one C.Kanagaraj, who is the 7th respondent in W.P.No.19952 of 2022 died prior to the filing of the writ petition. The legal heirs of the said C.Kanagaraj has filed the present miscellaneous petition to implead them as respondents in the present writ petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents herein to implead the proposed respondents in the writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
