C.M.P.No.1706 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 899 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent in the CRP.

2. C.M.P.No.1710 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement of proceedings in the CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.1712 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 1 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the CRP.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
