ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the first information report in Crime No.45 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in crime No.45 of 2020 has been registered by the respondent police, in which, investigation has been completed and final report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
