This petition has been filed to enlarge the Petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of the arrest by the Respondent police in Crime No. 634 of 2024.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that his cow was found missing. Thereafter, the respondent police registered FIR, arrested one Vignesh, based on the confession of Vignesh, the petitioner implicated in this case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the investigation is not completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
