ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 4(2)(a), 3(2)(a), 5(1)(d) of ITP Act in Crime No.1300 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons rented the premises and running ladies hostel in the name of style of Aishwarya Ladies Hostel at Thudiyalur junction, but they running brathal business in the above said hostel. Hence the respondent police searching the said hostel and arrested the accused persons and 3 victim girls. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner and like nature, even as per the complaint the petitioner running Ladies Hostel, it needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
