ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.57 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai district.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 12.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai district as to how long he will take for disposal of the suit. The learned Judge sent a report stating that he would require six months to dispose of suit.

3. Taking into consideration the request made by the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi, Thiruvannamalai district, there shall be a direction to him to dispose of O.S.No.57 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
