ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Cr.No.455 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police to some other investigating agency. 2.Heard both sides.
3.It is seen from the petition that the crime is of the year 2014, that too after a direction was given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5681 2015 dated 09.03.2015, to file the final report on or before 31.06.2015, the respondent police have not filed the final report. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police will complete the investigation in a short span of time.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage transfer of investigation will affect the entire investigation. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.455 of 2014 and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
