A perusal of the records shows that there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner on several occasions. Today also

there is no representation for the revision petitioner. The criminal revision case is of the year 2019 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the revision case pending.

2. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.
