C.M.P.No.19433 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.109238 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI , J, This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1175 days in preferring the appeal.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs.

Hence, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees three thousand only) to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, within a period of two weeks from today and on such payment the delay of 1175 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
