gsa COMMON ORDER The petitioner has come out with the present Review Petitions to review the orders dated 05.04.2004 passed in C.R.P.Nos.3863 to 3865 of 2001. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the review petitioner passed away in the year 2010 and no steps have been taken so far to implead the legal heirs.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, all the three Review Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
