The petitioner has come before this Court seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register the death of Deivayee Ammal, wife of Late Michael who died on 30.09.2014 and issue death certificate based on her representation dated 18.01.2016.

2. When the matter is called today, Mr.Rajamohan, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the Corporation has already issued death certificate to the petitioner, today the 09.11.2016.
