Petition is filed to permit the petitioners to take out a substituted service on the third respondent.

In view of the above, substituted service is ordered. The petitioners are permitted to take substituted service to the third respondent, returnable by 17.09.2024.

The petitioners shall make paper publication in a Tamil daily, Maalaimalar, in the last known residential locality of third respondent, indicating the next hearing date of the above Petition as 17.09.2024.
