This petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to take substituted service to the second respondent by way of paper publication in one of Tamil Daily New Papers circulated in and around Trichy District, where the second respondent was residing.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 3.In view of the submission made, this Court directs the petitioner to take substitute service by effecting paper publication in respect of the second respondent in any one of the Tamil Daily namely ''Malai Sudar'' having wide circulation in Trichy District indicating the date of hearing of the case before this Court i.e., on 19.09.2025, with seven clear days notice. 4.Registry is directed to list the matter on 19.09.2025.
