Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's children viz., 1)M.Vinodhkumar,
(2) M.Bavya and (3) M.Muthukumar that they belong to Kurichchan (ST) Community, based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner and her father.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prathapkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents.
2. The petitioner, seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to issue community certificate to her children that they belong to Kurichchan (ST) Community, based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner and her father.
3. In the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is stated that the petitioner belongs to Kurichchan community and she obtained community certificate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from the 2nd respondent on 24.07.1986. The petitioner preferred an application to the 2nd respondent on 07.12.2015 requesting to issue community certificate to her children viz., (1) M.Vinodhkumar, (2)M.Bavya and (3) M.Muthukumar, stating that they belong to Kurichchan (ST) community, enclosing necessary documents and the said application is stated to have forwarded to the 1st respondent. Since no order is passed by the 1st respondent till date, the petitioner is before this court with the above prayer.
4. Mr.R.Prathapkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who was directed to take notice for the respondents submits that one month time may be given to the 1st respondent to pass necessary orders.
5. In the light of the said submission, we direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 07.12.2015 forwarded by the 2nd respondent and verify the aspects as regards the Community Certificate already issued to the petitioner and her father and do the needful, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
