ORDER

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the Original Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed caveat in this matter.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the Original Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2/4

4. Even though the learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the allowing of this application, this Court, after being satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the main petition if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission by printing the name of Mr.R.J.Rishikesh as counsel for the caveator on the next hearing date.
