(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties and taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be decided by the second respondent within a period of three months from today, we direct as under:- (1)The second respondent to abide by the assurance given in Court that the appeal would be decided in three months.

(2)In so far as the interim prayer is concerned, the same may be considered within a period of ten days from today.
