2. Based on the complaint given by one Monisha with the respondent police, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them. Hence, the present petitions.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said Monisha has lodged a complaint against one David Livingston and Maria for the alleged offence under sections 343, 323, 506(i) and 376(ii) IPC r/w 114 of IPC and Section 6 r/w. Section 17 of POCSO Act, 2012. These petitioners are the relatives of the said Livingston and he is living under the shelter of these petitioners. Hence, the petitioners are called for enquiry and absolutely, there is no intention to harass the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry. (ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.

5. The criminal original petitions are disposed of accordingly.
