These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 452 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the Second Appeal; to set aside the abatement, and to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant as Appellants 1 to 4 in the Second Appeal, respectively.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

5. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since there being no objection from the opposite side, I allow these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
