This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 760 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of V.Vemulu (sole respondent) in the above appeal in S.A.No.292 of 2020.

2. I have gone through the affidavits carefully and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and post this Second Appeal on 13.09.2024.
