This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 5 herein as legal representatives of the deceased V.Vemulu (sole respondent) and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above appeal in SA.No.292 of 2020.

2. I have gone through the affidavit carefully and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and post this Second Appeal on 13.09.2024.
