This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of V.Vemulu (sole respondent) in the above appeal in S.A.No.292 of 2020.

2. I have gone through the affidavit carefully and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
